Our Story

Personal Experience Turned into a Professional Mission

Manasse Ehambe Wetshi, Founder and CEO of Micah Health Facilitator, has worked in medical tourism for fifteen years. That experience has given him a close view of both the clinical expertise available in India and the practical difficulties African patients face when trying to identify the right specialist from another country.

Together with his wife, Carine Banza, he spent nine years living in India, including in Greater Noida. Their daily experience helped them understand the country, its hospitals, local travel, cultural differences and the many questions families must answer before committing to a medical journey.

In 2022, Manasse established MHF with Carine’s steady support. Together, they chose to turn their experience into a practical service: helping each patient organize medical records, identify suitable clinical teams, understand the options received and prepare for travel with greater confidence.

They believe medical facilitation is much more than booking an appointment. It requires careful listening, honest information, disciplined coordination and human presence—from the first medical report through treatment and the patient’s return home.
